Strength training is about more than just your physical appearance. In addition to helping you look your best by creating lean muscle and reducing body fat, functional strength training can also enhance your overall well-being and help you achieve your fitness potential by making the physical demands of daily life less stress inducing.


Life demands a lot from you. Functional strength training provides you with the strength and the stamina to make these demands easier on your body. Traditional machine based strength training is not as effective to create practical strength that enhances your quality of life as much as functional training does. Traditional one dimensional training doesn’t fully prepare you for our three dimensional world, where twisting, turning, and moving is an integral part of life.

I believe that building strength, endurance, stability, balance and flexibility through replicating natural movements, such as pushing, pulling, twisting, lunging and squatting, increases the quality of living.

It is my goal to provide a safe, simple and fun way to train your body, not only the way it was designed to function, but the way it is required to perform everyday of your life. I design programs to enhance your ability, improve your movement, increase your strength and flexibility and, above all, help you realize that your goals are real and attainable.
