Are you wondering what the core is? Your core is your deep abdominal muscles that attach to your spine and hip complex. This is your center where all of your movement and strength start from. Your core is your bodies ability to carry its own weight. It holds all of your potential for balanced posture, efficient movement and athletic performance.
As we advance in our years, the muscles in our abs and low back generally become weaker due to less activity. Strengthening your core can reverse many of the negative aging processes and lead to much better quality of life and movement.
The core is so important that I include core training in all of my programs.
